Online consultation

When you place an order with 121doc you will be asked to complete an online consultation. It's free of charge, strictly confidential between you, the doctor and our pharmacist and takes only a few minutes to fill out. You will be asked 2 sets of questions in the consultation: general questions such as your age, height and weight, and those more specific to your chosen treatment. One of our doctors will assess the information you provide to determine whether you are suitable to use.

To keep your local doctor up to speed about treatments you have ordered from 121doc we ask for your permission to notify them once the order has been confirmed.

Our doctors

There are many situations where our doctors will not prescribe treatment due to even remote possible dangers to patient safety. Our doctors are at hand for support during any course of treatment; you will receive instructions of how to contact your doctor once your order has been confirmed.

Pharmacy and Payment

Pharmacy2U limited dispense all our treatments after receiving a valid prescription in the patients name by one of our registered EU doctors. Pharmacy2U limited will charge the amount stipulated for the dispensing of the prescription.
