Terms of Service

Welcome to the Affiliate Program of 121doc – a great program to be associated with. Our affiliate program is governed by certain Terms of Service as described below:

• We are an online clinic/pharmacy website. So you can never expect 100% conversion of sales through your affiliate account into approved sales. Approval will depend upon the consultation form filled in by patients and the review by our doctors.
• You can expect declined sales because as stated above, our doctors check the medical details of all customers before approving sale of medication to them. If the doctor finds that certain medications are not suitable for certain customers, the order will be turned down.
• It is of utmost importance that you supply us with your correct contact details including email and phone numbers at the time of sign-up. Without perfect contact details, we will not be in a position to process your commission payouts.
• Commission payouts on sales generated through your affiliate account will be paid on monthly basis. Payouts will be credited directly to your account through PayPal, Money Bookers, or bank wire transfer. You should make your preference of payment method clear at the time of sign-up.
• Tax responsibility as per applicable laws rests with respective affiliates and 121doc will under no condition be held responsible for the same.
• Affiliates can check traffic directed from their website to 121doc through the Click and Impression reports in the Affiliate Members Area on 121doc; however no commissions will be applicable on clicks and impressions unless there are actual sales.
• Affiliates must have minimum balance of $50 in their affiliate account with 121doc for them to be eligible to receive a payout via PayPal, Money Bookers.
• A minimum balance of $250 is required in your affiliate account with 121doc before you can receive payment if you have opted for bank wire transfer method. Such transfers will only be made after the affiliate has submitted an invoice for sales generated.
  If the balance in your affiliate account is below $250, bank wire transfer charges of $40 will be applied for every payout requested/sent.
• You can create multiple Affiliate accounts with 121doc. However, you should not create a sub-account under and existing 1st account. If any such accounts are created, the same will be adjusted and merged into the primary account without intimation. Affiliate sign-up bonus will not be given to more than 1 account if the same user creates multiple accounts.
• Affiliates will be eligible for referral bonus if they refer an affiliate to 121doc affiliate program. The affiliate referral commission will be paid only after the referred affiliate makes his/her first approved sale.
• Affiliates must access his account at least once in a month. Not doing this can result in to termination of affiliate account.
• Affiliates can not use the copyrighted contents (Product Description, Graphics etc.) of 121doc website.
• To receive their commission on time, all affiliates should send their invoice of earned commission on or before 3rd of the next month. (Ex. To request the payment of the month of January, Affiliates should send the invoice on or before 3rd February)
• 121doc currently supports on the following payout options: PayPal, Money Bookers, and Bank Wire Transfer. We also pay via Payoneer (www.payoneer.com) Debit Card.
• 121doc will not be responsible for any legal disputes or monetary compensation claims arising out of affiliates purchasing domains, using images and content on their websites, conducting email marketing campaigns, indulging in fraudulent marketing of 121doc products or infringing upon copyrights of other companies, etc. The sole responsibility of such disputes rests with the respective affiliate.
• 121doc reserves all rights of approving or declining affiliate applications of affiliates. No further communication will be done in the case of rejection of affiliate applications.
• Affiliates cannot use the keywords “121doc”, anywhere in their PPC advertising.
• 121doc expects ethical business practice from its affiliates. Failure in doing so will be eligible for termination of affiliate commission. All pending commission will be cancelled in this case.
