It is revolutionary in how it works and comes in doses of 2.5mg and 5mg respectively. It is really for men who have sex about 2-3 times a week. The dose depends on the tolerance of the individual.

The original Cialis carries certain side effects such as nausea and headaches. The new version is expected to be no different in this regard.

Cialis Once-daily works the same way as the normal Cialis – 10mg and 20mg. It works by blocking the enzyme – PDE5 inhibitor. This enzyme prevents an erection in a men’s body. When this enzyme is blocked, the other chemicals in the body that are responsible for an erection start working. The actions of the chemicals allow the muscles of the penis to expand and the blood to stay in the penis for a longer period of time; thereby it allows men suffering from erectile dysfunction or impotence to achieve an erection and further maintain the erection long and hard enough.

It is likely that the treatment is going to become available in Europe before Christmas 2007.
