What happens in an online consultation?
You are advised to consult your doctor / physician about any treatment you undertake. With 121doc, you choose a drug, read the information about it, then fill in an order form which includes medical questions which are reviewed by the doc. This effectively acts as part of a consultation, a pharmacy dispenses and posts it to you via an international courier. If the doctor disagrees with your request, you are refunded in full.

Which Courier companies do you use?
Our pharmacies only use Royal Mail from the United Kingdom and UPS. We email you the tracking number upon dispatch so you can see where your order is at any time.

Are the medicines genuine?
The pharmacies operate under tight regulations within the EU. Our network only has top pharmacies that have shown the highest standards and offering genuine branded medicines, carrying the original manufacturers' stickers and hallmarks. Our pharmacies do not dispense treatments without prescriptions, and every prescription via our doctor is checked again by the dispensing pharmacist to make sure that nothing is left to chance in protecting the integrity of our system and your health. You may check the packaging for batch numbers and then check that with the manufacturers. We carry out these checks routinely on your behalf.

Any hidden costs?
No, we do not believe in hidden costs. The price you see includes the online consultation and the cost of the international courier. The price set by manufacturers of each of the medications for your country are different from ours. This is why we are so cheap - the same medication at a price that is sensible. Why pay more?

When do I get my order?
Delivery can take anything from 24 hours through to 5 days following despatch from our pharmacies. Delivery times vary from country to country due to distance, customs checks and your local postal service efficiency. Is the process discrete?
