Hotel Delivery

If you’re away on holiday, or away from home on business, there’s no need to take a break in your treatment. 121doc is now offering free delivery to hotels across the UK and Europe.

This means that wherever you are staying on your travels, you can still have your treatment delivered direct to you. All orders are delivered safely and securely by UPS courier, and are eligible for swift next day delivery at no extra charge where applicable.

If you’d like your next order to be delivered to your hotel room, simply inform us when making your purchase by phone, email of Live Chat and we will take care of your delivery.

To organise hotel delivery, we will need to know:

• The hotel’s name and room number
• The hotel’s address
• Your check in date and time
• Your check out date and time
• Your email address
• Your mobile phone number
• Your normal billing address of Credit Card

Our customer service team deals with each hotel order individually to ensure that your medication reaches your hotel room as soon as possible, especially if delivery is close to your check out date.

Like our standard delivery service, hotel deliveries will be processed free of charge. To qualify for next day delivery, you will need to place your order before 1 pm GMT. All orders placed after this time will be dispatched for delivery on the following day. Standard next day delivery terms and conditions will still apply.

We recommend that you inform your hotel’s reception desk once you’ve placed your order, to let them know that you are expecting a delivery. They can then sign for your package when it arrives and see that it is sent directly to your room, or waiting for you at reception when your return. As always, your order will be packaged discreetly, with absolutely no mention of the contents on the packaging.
