Dieting is often seen as a sensationalised and overrated topic when it comes to weight loss, but the facts speak otherwise, claims Slimming World employee Alison Crawford.
Slimming World wiz Alison Crawford at an awards ceremony in Birmingham defended dieting as an effective weight loss aid, saying that the Food Optimising diet plan dished out by the Slimming World can make a big difference to people’s weight profile.
What many people think is dieting puts a pesky limitation to the way they should enjoy food, which is not the right approach to understand the importance of healthy eating, according to Ms Crawford. She emphasised that there is nothing cumbersome about the Food Optimising plan offered by the Slimming World and anybody looking for an easy and effective weight loss treatment can try it out with their family.
Referring to the organisation’s outstanding achievements in 2011, Alison Crawford declared with confidence that Slimming World will continue to offer its help and support not just to the overweight and obese Brit population, but also to people from rest of Europe.
"In 2012 we want to help even more people to slim down and improve their health", she said reiterating that Britain has some of the highest levels of obesity in Europe.
The awards ceremony was hosted by television personality and stand-up comedian Jason Manford, who, speaking of the achievements of the Slimming World, vociferously praised Alison Crawford for her dedicated service to obesity treatment in the UK.
121doc learns that the weight loss organisation, based in Hucknall, provides a comprehensive slimming support to more than a million individuals annually by conducting obesity treatment classes on a weekly basis.
