Returns Policy

At 121doc we believe that everybody should have the opportunity to save on their treatments. However, the fact that you are saving does not mean that you should expect anything less from our service. This is why we follow a policy of 100% refund for all products returned in unopened condition in original packaging.

If upon delivery of your product or at any time thereafter you feel you are not 100% satisfied with your product or think you have not received the right product, return it to us within 14 days and we will refund 100% of the value of the returned product. Just take care to return the product to us in an unopened condition in its original packaging and within 14 days of receiving it.

All you have to do is get in touch with our customer service representatives, who are available on live chat, telephone or via email and let us know why you are not fully satisfied with your order. If we are unable to assist you, we will help you arrange the return of the product to us and refund your money. Just make sure to contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order.

1) Normally we don’t accept returns once the delivery is accepted by the customer. It is against law. In the instances where products do get sent back to us by our customers, these medicines are immediately destroyed.

2) Only in certain cases; Refunds or Resends will be organized by us.

a) If the customer was not at home on the time of delivery and the package returned back to pharmacy, we may resend the package

b) If the customer did not receive the delivery and somehow it returned to our pharmacy, in other words, it was not the customer’s fault that the product was returned, we may also resend the package or do a refund.

c) Courier delays are something that isn’t usually in our hands but we still value the time and money spent by our customers. A full refund or resend will be organized if the customer does not receive the package in 30 days maximum.

d) If the customer wants to return the package because his/her doctor advised not to consume the medication then we will accept the return and refund it in full

e) If the customer wants to return the medicines because the medicines are not in a good condition upon receipt, has expired, or if the customer has received an opened package, the incorrect medication or less in quantity than was paid for, then we will resend the package or give a full or partial refund

f) Packages held by customs will be refunded in full if returned back to us

g) If a customer refused to accept the delivery of package, we can resend the order charging extra or can refund deducting the applicable charges

h) Order lost in transit will be resend or refunded
