In order to facilitate a smooth transition between the time that you place your order and date of delivery 121doc use reputable mail and courier services. We currently utilise the services of Royal Mail, DHL and UPS to ensure that your product is delivered professionally and in a timeous manner.

We cannot guarantee delivery times and in certain cases delivery may take longer than anticipated. Standard delivery is as follows;

• Orders placed within the UK will ordinarily be delivered on the next working day after your order has been received.


• Delivery times throughout the European Union and European Countries may vary between 3 – 5 days.


• Countries like Australia, San Marino, Iceland, Greenland, Indonesia, Hong Kong etc may attract higher delivery costs and consequently you may be required to bear extra costs for delivery. Should you require clarity on this kindly contact our customer service department for further information.


• We have experienced issues with delivery in certain countries such as Brazil and Norway for instance. In this regard we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery or the package failing to arrive on time or at all. Refunds will not be given if the item is lost or delays are experienced. We will only arrange a re-delivery if the package is returned.


• If you reside in a country that has not been classified as having delivery problems and do not receive your package within 30 days after placing your order as a result of any problem arising from the UK or our couriers you will be given a full refund or a resend of your order at no additional cost.

Please note that if a package is not delivered or signed for within a reasonable time after your order has been placed and then dispatched, or you have reason to believe that your order has been lost, 121doc will consider the circumstances and replace the order at no extra charge 121doc deems fit.

If for some reason you do not receive your package within a reasonable time from placing your order, kindly do not hesitate to contact us and we will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

121doc does not believe in hidden charges or costs. The price online is the price you pay. This includes the online consultation charges and the cost of the international courier.

Our deliveries are sent in discrete packaging ensuring that the confidentiality of your purchase is respected at all times.

Please note that our courier will require your signature as confirmation of delivery and receipt.

If for some reason you are not at home when our courier arrives a calling card will be left for your attention. The calling card will detail when and where your package can be collected. You may also re-arrange delivery for a more convenient time.
